This editorial celebrated the beauty of nature and the elegance of luxury, set against the timeless backdrop of the Omni King Edward Hotel’s Crystal Ballroom. With its ornate moldings, grand floor-to-ceiling windows, and an abundance of natural light, this luxurious venue provided the perfect canvas to showcase refined wedding design.
Inspired by nature’s warmth, we carefully curated a color palette featuring creamy whites, warm beiges, and earthy greens, which seamlessly complemented the venue’s historic beauty. Every element of the design was chosen to highlight the natural elegance of the setting, from the luxury wedding table details to the soft, organic floral arrangements created by Hunt & Gather. Their lush, free-flowing florals were the perfect blend of modern and natural, enhancing the intimate, romantic atmosphere.
To bring the table setting to life, we incorporated natural, raw elements like sweetgrass charger mats, white lace dinnerware, and resin silverware, with added olives to add a subtle rustic touch. The modern stationery designed by Statue Rue completed the look, tying together the sophisticated, nature-inspired theme.
No detail was overlooked—especially when it came to the couture gowns. Designed by Canadian fashion designer Catherine Regehr, these exquisite gowns featured stunning ostrich feathers, delicate floral details, and gold crystal embellishments. The craftsmanship and elegance of these dresses were nothing short of mesmerizing.
